Bowman Creek Elementary School LIBRARY
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Welcome to the 2025-26 school year! We are looking forward to another great year as we get your children excited about reading and learning in the library. Our mission is to ensure all students are effective users of ideas and information in the hopes of giving all students the ability to be creative, life-long learners.
I have listed below important information you and your child will need to know. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
Weekly Library Visits
Your child will get to visit the library one time a week. Please see the schedule below. During this visit, students will enjoy literature, have the opportunity to check out books, practice digital citizenship, media literacy, computer skills and just have some fun and relax! Students will get to check out 2 books a week with the exception of Kindergarten who will get 1 book. All books must be returned the following week before more books can be checked out. Please help your child remember to bring library books back on his/her scheduled day.
